How to Check ECZ Grade 12 Results 2024/2025 on e-Statements – Step by Step Guide
Step 1: Visit the ECZ Web Portal
The first step is to visit the web portal of the Examinations Council of Zambia. The web portal can be reached using the following URL: https://eservices.exams-council.org.zm/. This takes you to the Examinations Council of Zambia home page.
Step 2: Click on e-Statement of Results
Once you are on the home page, click on the “e-Statement of Results” link, which will take you through to the e-Statements page.
Step 3: Click on Candidate Sign In
On the e-Statements page, click on the “Candidate Sign In” button.
Step 4: Select the Level You Wish to Check Results For
Next, you need to choose the level you wish to check results for from the dropdown box and then click on the “Continue” button.
Step 5: Enter Examination Number and Continue
You will now be taken to a new page where you need to enter your examination number in the textbox provided. After that, click on the “Continue” button.
Step 6: View Your Results
The results will now be displayed, showing all the details of your results including your candidate and school details. You can print your statement of results from this page by clicking on the “Print Statement of Results” button.
Step 7: Enable Pop-Ups
If you try to print but get a message saying, “The statement of results has been successfully generated BUT the statement is not shown in the browser”, you will need to enable pop-ups in your web browser. To do this, go to your browser’s settings and enable pop-ups. After enabling pop-ups, you should redo the process from step 4.

How to Check ECZ Grade 12 Results USING MOBILE MOBILE PHONE
Students can check for the 2024/2025 grade 12 results using your Mobile Phone through the following procedure;
- 1. Open the message pad on your Mobile Phone
- 2. Type the Full Examination Number (Leave Space)
- 3. Type Examination Year (Leave Space)
- 4. Type Examination Grade and then
- 5. Send to 8383
