The University of Connecticut is a public land-grant research university in Storrs, Connecticut. It was founded in 1881 as the Storrs Agricultural School, named after two brothers who donated the land for the school
All students must earn at least 120 credits to graduate from the University of Connecticut. To graduate in eight semesters, students must take an average of 15 credits per semester.
