What will you do as a YeBoneer?
As a YeBoneer you will be trained to work with learners offering life skills and psycho-social support through both one-on-one and group based activities. In the afternoons you will slot in with the After School programmes, supporting existing activities at the school or start and facilitate new ones.
Who should apply?
Youth between the ages of 21-25 years old.
If live close to one of the partner schools (see list of schools below)
Have a matric certificate
Youth who are passionate about working with learners
Please note: Meeting the above criteria does not mean you will be automatically shortlisted. You must complete the full application and answer all the questions.
Where is this programme offered?
This programme is offered in the George and surrounding areas. You must ideally live in close proximity (walking distance) to one of the following schools:
